The X15 Class is thrilled to announce a unique opportunity for young Wingfoil athletes at Kieler Woche 2025. This event will feature a high-performance U21 Coaching & Racing Program, designed to develop the next generation of top competitors.
Event Overview:
- Coaching Days: June 23-25 (June 25 as a reserve day)

Racing Days: June 26-29 (German Open Wingfoil Racing with X15 Ranking)

This program provides a comprehensive training and competition experience, blending elite coaching with high-level racing to ensure young athletes are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform at their best.
Coaching & Participation Details
- Exclusive Access: Only 15 riders will be selected for the coaching sessions via an application-based process, managed by the class.
- Commitment Required: Participation in both the coaching program and the Open Wingfoil Racing is mandatory.
- Expert Coaching: Three top coaches will be available to support the athletes during training.

Equipment Support: 15 X15 setups will be provided for coaching sessions, courtesy of Starboard Germany.

The X15 Class and Kieler Woche team are committed to promoting youth talent and expanding the Wingfoil racing scene. Together, we are ensuring that the next generation of top riders gets access to world-class coaching and high-level racing opportunities.
The possibility of continued coaching support during the regatta will be assessed during the coaching days, depending on athlete levels and entry numbers.
